Good to note, as of chapter 914, we have gotten the information that maggie flies around 60km/h and that it would take her to fly from Hermes to Neverwinter just less than 3 days to fly there after sunset not picking any food whatsoever. if they meant that she flies for 24 hours a day it would be around 4000 km. if they meant only around 14 hours its still around 2520 km. meaning that from Snowsky Peak to the Extreme South is most likely between 4000 km and 7000km.
